SALON POLICIES
We kindly request that you arrive at the salon five minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure the uninterrupted delivery of your full service. It is highly recommended to secure your next appointment before concluding your visit, allowing us to efficiently accommodate your scheduling preferences.In the event of tardiness, we will make every endeavor to accommodate your delay. However, please be mindful that significant delays may necessitate the rescheduling of your appointment.
Please take a moment to inform our staff of any allergies or sensitivities you may have. We prioritize the well-being of our clients and will tailor our services accordingly. We take pride in our collaborative work environment, where our team members support one another. If, for any reason, you find yourself uncomfortable with your assigned service provider, we will promptly arrange for an alternate team member to address your needs.

All prices are subject to discretionary modifications by our esteemed stylists.

CLIENT SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If you are not entirely satisfied with your service, please reach out to us so that we can provide an adjustment. During this appointment, we will work with you, free of charge, to ensure the results meet your expectations. The adjustment service will be scheduled with the same stylist who initially performed the service. To be eligible for this service, please contact us within seven days of your original appointment to book an adjustment.

GRATUITIES
Gratuities are left entirely at the discretion of our valued clients, as a token of appreciation for exceptional service. Kindly note that gratuities cannot be added to credit card transactions. Moreover, it is important to remember that gratuities are not included in gift certificates.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
To provide maximum convenience, we accept various payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, Apple Pay, as well as cash, debit cards, or personal checks. Please note that credit card payments are subject to a 3.9% surcharge. If you prefer to avoid this surcharge, we are pleased to accept payment via Zelle OR Cash. Please be advised that we do not accept Visa Gift Cards or Mastercard Gift Cards.

RETURN POLICY
Regrettably, all product sales are considered final, and therefore, non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We maintain a stringent 48-hour cancellation policy to optimize our appointment schedule. Should you find it necessary to cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, we reserve the right to charge you 50% of the appointment cost. In the unfortunate event of a no-show, rescheduling, or same-day cancellation, the full service cost will be charged, amounting to 100% of the original appointment fee.
